Why I’m Proud To Be An ActionCOACH

First off, I would just like to say that it has been a great experience thus far in my 5 years at ActionCOACH. It’s a great organization, it’s a community, it’s a family. It is not  the typical franchisor/franchisee relationship. There are tons of great people are ActionCOACH from all over the world. I’ve gotten to know and to learn from some of the best there are, and that makes me very proud to be a part of this organization.

Something else that makes me proud to be an ActionCOACH is when I work with my clients, and I can help them to gain the confidence in themselves to do things they thought they could never do, and be things that they thought they could never be. It’s very rewarding for me to be able to do that and to help them change. Change is hard, there’s a lot of fear in change, I help them to overcome their fears, and I help them to make positive changes and grow their businesses. When they grow their businesses they create wealth, they create jobs, and that’s good for everybody – everybody wins.

I’m also very proud to be a coach because I can be significant in other people’s lives, inspire them to do things, and motivate them to do things that helps them reach their potential when they didn’t think it was possible. One of the most important things I do as a coach is to help inspire my clients, to get them to change, and to get them to do the things they need to do in order to be successful.

I’m very proud of the fact that I have my clients thanking me more often than I can count for the things I’ve done for them. To me, it’s just so rewarding to do it myself. I appreciate their thanks, but that’s not why I do it. I’m just very proud to be able to have a profession that helps people and can have such a positive impact on their lives.

What makes me proud to be an ActionCOACH, is the impact that it has on my clients families. It reunites families and brings them together, the kids get their Mom or Dad back, stress levels go down, and they are so grateful. To see the looks on the faces of the spouses and their children and to be able to talk to them about the positive impact that coaching has had on the client and what it’s meant to them as a family member. That is the most important thing that I do, and that is what makes me the most proud to be an ActionCOACH.
