• Arcelia Dove, Master Licenses, wife of Nick Dove is an astounding coach in her own right. She brings business experience gained over 25 years in Marketing, Sales and Management in international organizations like Ogilvy & Mather as well as the leading Mexican appliance company Koblenz.  Alongside these activities she also founded and ran her own successful printing enterprise with over $3 million revenues with major clients such as the Mexican Airlines

• Nick Dove, Master Licensee alongside Arcelia, holds 15 years + with ActionCOACH. Nick also holds a 30 year business career in corporate life in Marketing, Sales, Operations and General Management for leading global companies such as Procter & Gamble and Seagram-Universal.

• Anapaula Lagarriga, daughter of the Doves is a certified coach through ActionCOACH.  Over the last 6 years, she has helped over 250 business owners achieve their goals, and take their business to the next level. Since 2011, her clients have achieved double and triple-digit growth in profitability, accomplished through improvements in sales, marketing, team training, systems development and strategic planning. 

• Emily Correa is our U.S. Franchise Recruiter, focused mostly on the East Coast Region. She is a Master's-educated Trainer, receiving her M.S. in Organizational Learning and Development from Suffolk University. She also holds 4 years as a top certified coach, a graduate of Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2012. Hailing from NYC/Boston, she arrived to Miami, FL in 2014 to experience the amazing weather and expand her extensive network in a new region.
